She was predeceased by: her husband Leo S. Jedziniak; and her parents, Frank Ludwin and Aniela Ludwin (Akielaszek). She is survived by: her children, Leah Hurst (James) of Enfield and Lee Jedziniak (Ann) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Christine Hurst, Steven Hurst, Helena Jedziniak Glynn (Colm Glynn) and Ethan Jedziniak; her great grandchild Aniela Róisín Glynn; and her close friend Lesli Canon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
