He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Emil and Marianna Siek; and his uncle Ryszard Siek. He is survived by: his parents, Stanislaw Kluk and Danuta Kluk (Siek) of Enfield; his siblings, Alina Kluk and Lukasz Kluk; his partner Mackenzie Miller of Enfield; his grandparents, Marian and Jozefa Kluk of Przedzel, Poland; and his aunts and uncles, Dariusz Kluk of East Windsor, Andrzej Kluk (Malgorzata) of East Windsor, Stanislaw Siek (Maria) of Brooklyn, NY, Teresa Swieca (Henryk) of East Windsor, Anna Petrunti (Albert) of Barkhamsted, Krystyna Siek of Nisko and Krystyna Wasyl (Jozef) of Przedzel, Poland. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
