She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Zegarra and Rogelia Mejia of Zegarra; and her sister Carmen Zegarra. She is survived by: her husband Javier L. Paxi; her sisters, Enriqueta Zegarra (Martin Abraham Paxi) of Paxi, Yolanda Zegarra (Oscar Tavara) of Talavera and Luz Zegarra (late Edilberto Zanabria) of Zanabria; her children, Javier (Andrea), Miguel (Anna), Martha Paxi (John D. Thomas) and Rafael (Maria); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Vanessa, Marko, Sophia and Natalia. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
