He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Szkirka and Jacqueline Szkirka (Cruz); his sisters, Keila Baez, Damaris Meza (Luis) and Vanessa Szkirka; his nephew Emilio Meza; and his grandparents, Leida Cruz, Wendy Sweller and Bohdan Szkirka. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
