He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Foster and Celestine Foster (Francis). He is survived by: his children, Venessa Martin, Donna Foster, Rockwell Foster, Bridgette Foster, Lansford Foster, Andre Foster and Margello Foster; his stepchildren, Marion Royes, Conroy Grizzle and Kemar Downie; and his sisters, Myrtle Foster and Doreen Pryce. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
