He is survived by: his children, William Scherban (Judith) of Norwood, MA and Barbara S Jones of Big Flats, NY.; his sister Sophie Sopelak (Walter); his sister-in-law Phyllis Scherban; his grandchildren, Jacqueline B. Jones (Stephen Theobald) of Syracuse, NY, Michael E. Jones of Tucson, AZ, Elizabeth Shinzawa (Fluto) of Boston, MA and W. Gregory Scherban (Felice) of Philadelphia, PA; and his great grandchildren, George Theobald, Hana Shinzawa, Wright Shinzawa, Edison Shinzawa and Dov Scherban.
