He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blasavage and Margaret Blasavage; and his siblings, John Blasavage and Irene Kailukaitis. He is survived by: his close friend Norma Pastorella D'Amico of Derby; his sons, Adam Blasavage (Gloribelle) of Hamden and Kyle Blasavage of Maine; his siblings, Eugene Blasavage (Pamela), Edward Blasavage (Ursula), George Blasavage, Margaret Domnick and Elenore Domnick; and his grandchildren, Joaquin Blasavage of Hamden and Mateo Blasavage of Hamden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Paul can be made to the Closer to Free Fund, which jointly supports Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven and Yale Cancer Center.
