He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Onofrio and Assunta Onofrio; and his brother Salvatore Onofrio. He is survived by: his spouse Addolorata Onofrio (Ferrucci); his children, Clemente Onofrio and Assunta Franco (Leo); his grandchildren, Leo Franco, Caroline Franco and Mercedes Onofrio; and his siblings, Marcello Onofrio and Cristina Onofrio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
