She was predeceased by: her husband William Richard Neale; her parents, Charles VonFrank and Marguerite VonFrank (Deming); her sons, Christopher Jonathan and Patrick Michael Neale; and her brothers, John Beutel, Paul Frank and Frederick Frank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Jane Neale-Radcliff (Michael) and Priscilla Neale-Pasquini (Andrew); and her brothers, William Buetel, Dudley and Thomas Frank. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
