He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Gaetano and Mary Gaetano (Pompa). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gaetano (Johnson); his children, Linda Verme (Frank) of North Haven and Carmen Gaetano (Donna) of Summerville, SC; and his siblings, Thomas Gaetano (Marion) of Derby and Carol Joyce of Derby. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
