He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rodriguez; his daughter Marangelly Morales; his son-in-law Angel Morales of Bridgeport; his daughter Gloria Almedina; his son-in-law Jose R. Cotto of Puerto Rico; his son Jose G. Almedina; his daughter-in-law Ivelisse Figueroa of Puerto Rico; his daughter Ordaliz Sandi; his son-in-law Minor Sandi of Bridgeport; his daughter Alana Almedina; his son-in-law Ricardo Diaz of Derby; and his siblings, Gregorio Almedina, Milagros Almedina and Vergin Almedina. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
