He is survived by: his parent Eloise Buehler Regan; and his siblings, David Carroll Regan of Oxnard, CA, Barbara Regan of Seymour, Eloise Ballard-Raymond (William) of Naugatuck and Kathleen Malerba of Ansonia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
