She was predeceased by: her mothers, Frances Onofrio and Dorothy Onofrio (Ceremono); her grandson Ryan Pepe; and her siblings, Theresa Ferla, Francis (Sonny), Salvatore and Donald Onofrio.
She is survived by: her husband Alexander Milek (Sandy); her children, Diane Pepe (Diane) of Easton, Donna McEvoy (Tom) of Derby and Frank Pepe Jr. (Fran) of Derby; her grandson Thomas McEvoy III (Micaela); her brother Peter Onofrio; and her stepchildren, Wade Milek, Kari Portman and Brian Milek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
