Smith, Jr. of Dayville, Kim Alexander (Jamie) of Windsor, ME and Pamela House (Mike) of St. Marys, GA; his children, Michael J. Smith of Putnam and Aleshia Smith of Dayville; and his grandchild Axyl Baker.
