He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Ross, Ralph Ross, Billy Ross, Robert Ross, Doreen Ross, Deborah Hankins, Diane Sorel, Donna Taylor and Darlene Ross; his wife Brenda Evelyn Ross; his children, Dawn Owen, Melissa Ross (Devin Pensak), Donald Ross Jr. (Paige Ross) and Joseph Ross; his adoptive son Troy Auclair; his grandchildren, Devin Auger, Reid Tingley, Sarah Leech, Joseph Tingley, Marina Defocy, Jakob Owen, Drew Tingley, José Rosario, Hannah, Joseph McKenna, Donald Ross III, Gibson Ross and Morah Ross; his great grandchildren, Braylinn Owen and Ivy Owen; his close friend Douglas "Willis" Bousquet; and his caregiver Stacy Barrette.
