He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick R. Waters and Mary Satzman Waters; his brothers, Richie Waters and Allan Waters (Lori); and his nieces and nephews, Lynn Trepanier (Brett), Pam Waters Porter, Brian Waters and Allan Waters (Robert). He was also cherished by three great-nieces and four great-nephews.
