Flannigan of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in Portland, Connecticut, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Flannigan, Sr. and Diane Begley (Pelchat); and his siblings, John, Harold Flannigan and Jeanne Zadroga.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Flannigan (Scanlon); his daughters, Charlene Valentine (David) of Arroyo Grande, CA and Pamela Daniels (George) of Groton, CT; his granddaughters, Nicolette Andolfo (Matthew), Cara Brooks (Daniel) and Morgan Daniels (Peter); and his great grandchildren, Elyse, Donnan, Ada and Rayna.
