He is survived by: his mother Carmen Rodriguez of Hartford; his wife Michelle Rivera-Gomez of Cromwell; his children, Tiajah DeJesus of Hartford, Edwin Gomez, Jr. of Newington, Jovan Marrero, Nikolas Marrero and Keanu Gomez of Cromwell; his siblings, Nilda Fernandez (Fernando Betancourt) of Hartford and Isaac Rodriguez of Miami, FL; and his nephew Jose Fernandez, Jr. of New Britain.
