He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Holden and Rena Holden (Gravelin). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Holden; his sons, Jeff Holden, Brian Holden (Colleen) and Daniel Holden (Lisa); his grandchildren, Paige, Adam, Avery, Sam and Lauren; and his sisters, Evelyn Mroz, Joanne Millovitsch, Nora Brine and Sue Blanchette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the American Kidney Fund or the American Cancer Society.
