He was predeceased by: his mother Eileen Small (Dunphy). He is survived by: his significant other Lori Nolin; his grandson Hunter of Marlborough; his sister MaryAnne Wahle (Tom); his mother-in-law Lois Nolin; his siblings-in-law, Debbie, Karen, Tammy and Greg; and his nephew Max. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
