It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Georgina Stoneburner (Colchester, Connecticut), born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away at the age of 76, on January 15, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stanley and Emma Stanley (Young); her husband John Stoneburner; and her siblings, Grant Stanley, Maizie Stanley, Ruth Stanley and Calvine Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, John Lambert (Georgina) of Tuxedo Park, NY, Robert Lambert (Jayne) of Budd Lake, NJ and Maizie Zame (Michael) of Newington; and her grandchildren, Melisa Barsch, Nicholas Gramegna, Zachery Zame, Carrie Williams, Jack Lambert, Christie Williams, Ciara Young, Jacklyn Stanley, Patty Williams, Georgina Misasi, Robert Lambert and Nancy Harrison. She is also survived by great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
Walk through calling hours utilizing face covering and social distancing will be held on Sunday, Jan. 17th from 12 – 2 pm with a service at the funeral home immediately following at 2 pm. Burial will be held privately.
Donations in her memory may be made to the St. Jude's Research Hospital.
