She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Gilmore and Violet Gilmore (Lambert); her husband Walter; her children, Nicolette Korman and Carole McKinney; and her siblings, Anita Weldon and David Gilmore.

She is survived by: her children, Rusty (Ivy Nicola), Hartford and Stephen (Eve Nicola) of East Haddam; her sisters, Coralie and Cheryl; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Shannon, Nancy and Julie. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
