Collard of Chaplin, Connecticut, born in Minerva, New York, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurance F. Collard and Edna Collard (James). He is survived by: his wife Irene Morse Collard; his children, Patrick E. Collard (Susan) of Piedmont, SC, Janice A. McLaughlin (Chris) of Coventry, CT and Laura L. Nye (Bob) of Columbia, CT; and his brother David Collard of South Carolina. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
