She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Hatgidek (Denker) and Christopher Peter Hatgidek; her husband John R. Acosta (Norman Gamache); and her siblings, Albert Hatgidek and Margaret Trukin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Fernandez (Peter), Joanne Vertefeuille (Francis), Ramona Casko (David) and Karrie Blew (Warren); and her brother James B. Hatgidek. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
