He is survived by: his children, Donald Karcheski of Brookfield, CT. and Elaine Tomanio (Roger) of Brookfield, CT.; his grandchildren, Todd Tomanio (Elyse) of Alexandria, VA and Karen Dreger (Steven) of Sandy Hook, CT.; and his great grandchildren, Caden McLeod, Braelynn Tomanio and Hadley Tomanio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
