He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; and his siblings, Edward Micka, Helena Willett, Ethel Dvorsky and Connie O'Hara.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Josephs (Steven) of Old Saybrook, Ellen Micka of San Diego, CA and Lori Costanzo of Brookfield; his sister Marie Pecylak (Stephen) of Milford; and his grandson Mark Addison Duffy.
