He was predeceased by: his wife Mary J. Gasiewski; his parents, Paul Gawitt-Gasiewski and Sophie Gawitt-Gasiewski; his pet Paddington; and his siblings, Bruce Gunn, Walter Gasiewski, Eleanor Setti and Bertha Reynaud.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Heineken (Eric Heineken) of Brookfield and Sharon Hilson of Tuscon.
