He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Lampe. He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Lampe (Krakehl); his wife Joanne; his children, Kyle of Brookfield, Jeffrey (Susie) of Trumbull and Amy Sullivan (Greg) of Brighton, MA.; his grandson Jack Sullivan; and his siblings, Valerie McFarlane (Paul) of Grand Marais, MN, Gregory (Jody) of Madison, WI and Jerry of New Rochelle, NY.. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
