He is survived by: his wife Paulette Bouley (Blake); his sons, David Bouley and Gregory Bouley (Holly); his grandchildren, Victoria, Sara and Peyton Bouley; his brother John Bouley (Bernice); his siblings-in-law, Edward Blake (Susan) and Noella Blake; and his pet Treasure. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
