He was predeceased by: his parents, George Biscoe and Ann Shopay Biscoe. He is survived by: his wife Rita Biscoe (Cote); his sons, Gary Biscoe (Harmony) of Manassas Park, VA and Mark Biscoe; his brother Richard Biscoe of Seymour; and his grandchildren, Bree, Ryan, Isaac, Ryplei and Kiyah.
