He was predeceased by: his father Donald Ammerman; and his grandmother Ida Holbrook. He is survived by: his wife Tina Ammerman (Gildert); his mother Maryanne Holbrook; his children, Amanda Ammerman, Andrew Ammerman, Ryan Ammerman, Melissa Hammick and Samantha Hammick; his grandchildren, Camron Lewis and Hazel Canter; and his siblings, Lisa Dellavolpe (Joseph), Shannon Perriello (Tara), Scott Ammerman (Jackie) and Donald Ammerman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
