She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Perkowski, Sr.; her parents, Walter Kalinowski and Anna Kalinowski (Perkowski); and her siblings, Jozef, Stanislaus, Irena of Poland and Janina of Poland.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward Jr. (Donna M. Perkowski) of Bristol and Richard W. Perkowski of Bristol; her sisters, Krystyna Perkowski and Teresa Perkowski of Poland; and her grandchild Rhiannon L. Aubrey (Garrick).
