She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Lewis; her parents, Frank Starego and Mary Starego (Machlarz); and her sisters, Julia Ryan and Jean Baldaccini.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lewis of Tampa, FL, Peter Lewis (Laura) of Bristol, Patricia Mattero of Bristol and David Lewis of Bristol; her sister Helen Rafaniello of Bristol; her grandchildren, Michael, Jonathan, Ryan, Morgan and Anthony; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Noah, Gavin, Skylar, Logan and Leah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
