She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Carroll and Mary Carroll (Kubala); her husband Charles L. Burby, Sr.; her son Shawn Burby; and her brothers, Andrew Carroll and Robert Carroll.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Burby (Amy) of Bristol; her daughter-in-law Riechelle Burby of Hebron; her grandchildren, Timothy, Jr., Zachary, Logan and Gavin Burby; and her stepchildren, Ron Burby (Penny) of New Britain, Charles Burby (Cindy) of New Britain, Brian Burby (Bonnie), Jan Martin (John) and Kathy Deldona (Ron) of New Britain. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
