It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert James York of Bristol, Connecticut, born in Waterville, Maine, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Grace York (Case); his children, Norma Burns (Jeff), Leslie Kende (Kevin Grivois), Jeff York (Laurel) and Sherry Tilsch (Roy); his grandchildren, Jackie Burns, Joe Burns (Lauren), Nicole Kende (Rich Paskowski), Rebecca Kende, Justin, Jessica MacDougall, Benjamin York and Zachary Tilsch; and his great grandchild Joseph Paskowski.
