She was predeceased by: her husband Gregory Cook, Sr.; her parents, Chester Bartkoski and Jean Bartkoski; her son-in-law Jeffrey Perron; and her sister Lois Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Grandy of Bristol, Robin Perron of Bristol and Gregory Cook II (Tammy) of Hudson, FL; her grandchildren, Shiann Griffith (Zac), Jeffrey Perron II, Paige Perron and Jonathan Cook; and her great grandchildren, Z. J. and Gregory Griffith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
