She was predeceased by: her grandfather Roger Belanger. She is survived by: her parents, Jill Bodak (Willie Tucker) of Bristol and Dean Bodak of New Britain; her sister Corey Bodak of Sugar Land, TX; her grandparents, Judith Belanger (Plante), Deborah Dick (David Dick) and Brian Bodak; her uncles, Joseph Belanger, Robert Belanger and Troy Bodak; her cousins, Gabriella Bassi-Belanger and Emily Belanger; and her great-grandparent Juliette Belanger. She is also survived by family members and friends.

Mask and social distancing are required while attending all of Brooke's services.
