She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Skinner and Betty Skinner (Olson); her husband Charles A. Bartlett; and her siblings, Donald, Harold, Aro Skinner and Margaret Belantoino.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Olejarz of Bristol, Alan Bartlett (Anne) of Bristol and Marilyn Popolizio of Amston, CT; her grandchildren, Caoimhghin Ó Súilleabháin, Sherry Bouchard, Elaine Bartlett, Nicolas Popolizio, Kim Wills and Kelly Diana; and her great grandchildren, Sabaré, Spencer Boisvert, Victoria Bouchard, Alexis, Daniel Popolizio, Owen, Gwendolyn Wills and Lydia Diana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
