She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Pipkin (Terry Manson) and Cornelius Brown (Lena Brown); her son Khayden Davis; her siblings, Yolanda Freeman (Mark Freeman) of Seymour, CT, Cheryl Patterson, Ashley Brown, Corinthia Brown, Kelise Brown of Hartford, CT, Dorothy Brown of Manchester, CT, Tylone Patterson (Denise Patterson) and Cornelius Brown of Hartford; and her grandparents, Luella Pipkin of East Hartford, Willie and Dorothy Brown of Bloomfield. She was also cherished by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.

Shanta was very caring and passionate as a nurse, and she helped many people throughout her career and during the Pandemic.
