He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Smith (Fournier); his mother Martha; his sons, James Blair Smith of Chicago, IL and Michael Dayton Smith (Molly) of Boston, MA; and his siblings, Richard Smith (Anne) of Stowe, VT and Cynthia Amatucci (Michael) of Apex, NC. He is also survived by his mother-in-law; six brothers and sisters-in-law; 14 nieces and nephews; and many co-workers and friends.
