He is survived by: his wife Lucy Buhrmann (Barker); his children, John K. Buhrmann (April) of Durham, NC and Melissa B. Tracy (Rob) of Fraser, CO; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Tracy, Kayla Morgan (Kevin), Emily, Gretchen, Nathan Tracy, Molly and Fiona Buhrmann; and his sister Ingeborg Buhrmann of West Hartford.
