Bird of Barkhamsted, Connecticut, born in New Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Winthrop H. Bird; her parents, Michael Pompa and Regina Pompa (Bucek); her son Carlton Bird; and her siblings, Paul, Michael, Mary, John, Joseph, Andrew, Albert, Anna, Margaret, Stephen, Elizabeth, Genovefy and Edward.
She is survived by: her daughter Kay L. Gouthier (John T.) of Torrington; and her grandchildren, Catherine Gouthier of Torrington and Jonathan Gouthier of Torrington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
