He is survived by: his wife Doris Van Hofwegen; his daughters, Mona (Karl) and Jennifer; his stepchildren, Amy (Craig), Beth, Jennifer (Mark) and Scott (Kirsten); his brother Rich (Joanne); his brother John (BJ); his niece Josie (Andy); his nephew Jeff; his grandchildren, Aidan, Owen, Dalton, Jeremiah, Zachary, Morgan, Kylie, Andrew and Tyler (late Tara); and also Kim (Shawn).
