He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Houpt and Violet Houpt; his wife Bernice; his children, Alisa of Westminster, Colorado and Ron; his granddaughter Sarah of Newark, Ohio; and his siblings, Donzil, William Jr. and Beverly. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
