It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ted Pointer in Westminster, Colorado, born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pointer and Gladyce Pointer; his sister Jeanne Matthews; and his wife Melva Pointer. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff and Jon; his significant other Melva June Whitis; his partner's children, Jacqueline and Bill; his daughter Jacqueline; and his stepson Bill. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
