He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Joseph Lotz, Sr. and Audrey Rita Lotz (Bauer); and his sister Maryann Bock (Lotz). He is survived by: his sibling Francis Lotz; his children, Joan Marie, Susan Elizabeth Loeffler (Lotz), Paul Joseph and Thomas Michael; and his wife Jean. He is also survived by four children, their ten grandchildren, and his brother.
