Dawnya Christine Wilson Obituary

Dawnya Christine Wilson passed away on February 22, 2024 in Westminster, Colorado. She was born on August 19, 1984 in Wichita, Kansas to parents Rita Bowles and Arthur (Don) Ellis. She grew up in Wichita, Kansas in a full and loving family that will cherish her memory forever.

Dawnya was a free-spirit with a creative and artistic love for life. She held an optimistic perspective that provided her with the ability to conquer most obstacles. She was a spontaneous person, always open to new experience. Throughout all these things, her heart always remained with her family.

She is preceded in death by her father Don Ellis; her two loves, Jermy Grandstaff and Jonathan Wilson.

Dawnya is survived by her grandmother, Nancy Bowles; mother Rita Bowles; siblings Letitia (Angela) Henderson, Bobie Bowles and Monica (Randy) Ellis; her children Dustin Ellis, Drew Ellis and Heather Wilson; and many more loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Dawnya's service will be livestreamed at the scheduled service time.
