With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Marks of Westminster, Colorado, born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on May 23, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jan Korsmo; his daughter Heidi Marks Casler (Mark); his sister Betty Torgerson; and his nephew Jeff Torgerson.
