He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Olsen (Gulick) and William Donald Olsen; and his sister Becky Schneider (Olsen). He is survived by: his former wife Jennifer Gardner; his children, Kelly Cholick (Olsen), Dane Olsen and Josh Olsen; his stepchildren, Melinda, Mallory and Amanda; and his siblings, Carol, Martin, Jane and Alan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and many numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
