He was predeceased by: his father Leo Conklin. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Conklin (Waldo); his siblings, Melissa Lurkins (Joel) and Matt Conklin (Becca); his nieces and nephews, Rylee Conklin, Josh Lurkins, Ryan Lurkins and Wes Conklin; and his pet Lola. He is also survived by mom, sister and brother.
